## What you get

OMOPHub's free plan gives 3,000 API calls a month to its medical terminology API (SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm and 120+ OMOP vocabularies): concept search, basic semantic search, cross-vocabulary mapping, FHIR terminology, SDKs and an MCP server for AI agents.

The **Free** plan costs $0 and includes **3,000 API calls per month**.

## Free Tier Quotas & Limits

- 3,000 API calls per month; each request counts as one call and failed (4xx/5xx) requests are not counted
- Current vocabulary release only (paid plans add older releases)

2. Generate an API key in the dashboard.
3. Install the SDK (`pip install omophub`, or the R / TypeScript SDK) or call `https://api.omophub.com/v1` with `Authorization: Bearer <key>`; AI clients can use the hosted MCP server instead.

Paid plans start at $39 a month for 50,000 calls.
