Notion Education Plan

The Notion Education Plan provides free access to advanced workspace features for individual students, educators, and verified student organizations at accredited higher education institutions.

What is Included

• Individual Students & Educators:

• Single-member workspace.

• Up to 100 guest collaborators.

• Unlimited blocks, pages, and file uploads.

• 30-day version and page edit history.

• Student Organizations:

• Unlimited members in the workspace.

• Up to 100 guest collaborators.

• Unlimited file uploads and 30-day page history.

Eligibility Requirements

• Available to students and faculty at accredited colleges and universities recognized by the World Higher Education Database (WHED).
• Must use a valid school email address as the primary email address on the Notion account (student IDs or documentation are not accepted).
• Existing paid accounts must downgrade to the Free Plan before claiming.
• Workspace must only have one member before upgrading to the individual plan.

How to Claim

1. Log in to Notion via the web or desktop app using your official educational email address.
2. Open Settings from the left sidebar.
3. Select Upgrade plan.
4. Click Get free education plan to complete verification automatically.

Status requires re-verification once every year via the active school email to keep the plan active.
