SLO: a job is healthy when its last successful run is within its schedule plus 30 minutes. Jobs that run every 10 minutes or less use GitHub's best-effort scheduler: past that they show as delayed (not counted as degraded) until 6 hours without a successful run, then late. Each state maps to a runbook under docs/runbooks/; the alert-to-runbook table is in docs/runbooks/monitoring.md.
