Qoder Extends Free Qwen3.8-Flash Access Past September 30, No End Date Set

Qoder's limited-time free access to Qwen3.8-Flash was originally scheduled to end September 30, 2026 - but Qoder officially extended it, and the model remains free with no announced end date. Qoder says it will announce the end on the offer page in advance, so free access is still live.

What's confirmed

• Qwen3.8-Flash is free - Credit rate dropped from 0.1x to 0.0x; calls consume no Credits
• All individual users qualify - including Free plan accounts, even at a zero Credits balance; no paid subscription needed
• No claim required - just select the model in the picker; the offer applies automatically
• Ends - originally September 30, now extended; end date will be announced in advance on the docs page
• Works across all Qoder products - desktop app, Qoder IDE, JetBrains plugin, CLI, QoderWake, Cloud Agents, mobile, and the web app

Two corrections to the viral version

1. "Must download the app" - not true for the model. Qwen3.8-Flash free access works on the web app, CLI, mobile, and every other Qoder product. The desktop app is only required for one thing: claiming the separate 100 free Credits per day (manual claim via the gift icon in the Usage panel; each claim valid 30 days).
2. "More models available" - yes, but not for free users. Qoder's Efficient tier (standard-reasoning models) is also free at 0.0x - but only for paid plans (Pro, Pro+, Ultra, Teams, Enterprise) or accounts on a Pro trial with Credits. Free-plan users get exactly one free model: Qwen3.8-Flash, plus the daily claimable 100 Credits.

How to use

1. Create or sign in to a Qoder International individual account (Teams and Enterprise seats are excluded from the Flash offer)
2. Select Qwen3.8-Flash in the model picker of any Qoder product - no claim, no settings
3. Optionally claim 100 bonus Credits daily from the desktop app's Usage panel (gift icon) to spend on other models

Caveats

• High demand: Qwen3.8-Flash may be slower or rate-limited at peak hours

• When the promotion ends, usage returns to the model's normal Credit rate (0.1x)

• The 100 daily Credits are manual claims - unclaimed days don't carry over, and each claim expires after 30 days
