What is Included
- Text to Speech (TTS): Generates approximately 10 minutes of synthesized speech per month across 74 languages.
- Speech to Text (STT): Automated transcription drawing from the shared monthly pool (~330 credits per minute).
- Creative Audio Tools: Access to Sound Effects (~200 credits per generation), AI Music (~900 credits per minute), and Voice Design.
- Studio Access: Create and manage up to 3 projects in the ElevenLabs Studio.
- Voice Customization: Includes 3 custom voice slots.
- Audio Specs & Concurrency: Standard audio output at 128 kbps, 44.1 kHz, supporting up to 2 concurrent generation requests.
Credit Consumption & Rules
- Shared Pool: All features consume from the single 10,000-credit allotment. For standard V2 Multilingual text-to-speech, 1 character equals 1 credit, with lower per-character rates available on Flash/Turbo models via the API.
- Reset Schedule: Credits refresh at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
- Rollover Policy: Unused credits on the Free plan do not roll over to subsequent months.
Plan Limitations
- Non-Commercial Use: Free tier generations are strictly for non-commercial purposes. Commercial licensing requires upgrading to Starter or higher.
- No Voice Cloning: Instant Voice Cloning and Professional Voice Cloning are excluded.
- Request Caps: Single-generation request size limits apply to prevent bulk consumption in one call.
