Overview

Exa gives every new account $20 in free API credits** on signup (roughly 2,800 searches), and the Free Tier adds **$10 in credits every month — no payment method required. Credits work across Exa's web search API and related endpoints on a pay-as-you-go basis.

• Contents: $1 per 1,000 pages
• Answer: $5 per 1,000 requests
• Monitors: $15 per 1,000 requests
• Agent: $0.012-$1.00 per fixed-effort request, or $0.10/ACU metered
• Extra results beyond 10: $1 per 1,000

There is no subscription; beyond the free credits, usage is pay-as-you-go with prepaid credits (Stripe, auto-recharge from $5).
