Turso is a SQLite-compatible cloud database built on libSQL. Its pricing page says "Start free, no credit card required", and the AI & embeddings docs state that vector similarity search is built into Turso and libSQL Server as a native feature, so the same database can hold embeddings.

How to Get Started
