Zilliz Cloud is the managed service for the open-source Milvus vector database. Its pricing page lists a Free plan at $0 "for learning and personal projects", and the free trials doc says no payment information is required to register.

Separate Free Trial
Signing up with a work email also gives $100 in credits for the Serverless and Dedicated clusters, expiring after 30 days (another $100 and a 1-year expiry if you add a payment method). That trial is separate from the free cluster.
