Nebius Research Grants Program

Overview

The Nebius research grants program gives researchers free access to GPU cloud compute, Token Factory inference tokens and Tavily's agentic search engine, together with co-marketing support. Nebius states that the exact amount is determined individually based on each proposal, so no fixed credit figure is published.

• Token Factory inference tokens, redeemable across 60+ open-source models through an OpenAI-compatible API.

Eligibility

• Postgraduate students conducting academic research.
• PhD students and postdoctoral researchers.
• Faculty members at accredited academic institutions leading computational or data-intensive projects.
• Researchers from accredited academic institutions or non-profit research organizations.

Projects must have an academic or scientific focus, an innovative use of GPUs for AI, machine learning, data analytics or HPC, demonstrated feasibility, a transparent resource-utilization plan, and a team open to publicly acknowledging Nebius support. Each person may apply only once, and only one person per research project may apply.

How to Apply

1. Prepare a proposal covering objectives, methodology and a realistic resource-utilization plan.
2. Apply through the program page.
3. Nebius Academy reviews applications for the 2026-2027 academic year, with successful applicants notified by email in late Q3 to early Q4 2026.

Credits are granted at Nebius' sole discretion and the offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
