Atlassian for Startups

Overview

The Atlassian for Startups program gives eligible early-stage companies the Premium edition of Atlassian's cloud products at no cost for 12 months, for up to 50 users. It is an ongoing program, and each eligible startup can enroll for one 12-month period. Atlassian does not publish a dollar value for the offer.

• Jira Premium: up to 50 seats
• Confluence Premium: up to 50 seats
• Loom Business + AI: up to 50 seats
• Bitbucket Premium: up to 50 seats
• Jira Service Management and Customer Service Management: up to 10 seats
• Jira Product Discovery Premium: up to 10 creator seats plus unlimited contributor seats
• Rovo: listed at up to 50 seats in the page's product tabs
• Support: a dedicated Customer Success Manager throughout the 12-month program

Atlassian Marketplace apps are not included in the offer, and the product roster may be modified over time. Exceeding a seat cap (for example, moving from 50 to 75 Confluence Premium users) requires a paid upgrade at the standard tier price.

Eligibility

All criteria must be met:

• Not an existing Atlassian paid customer
• VC funded or associated with a partner accelerator and/or incubator
• Have not raised more than US$10 million in external funding

Applications are reviewed individually and verification may require proof of funding, such as a Crunchbase or Pitchbook profile.

How to Apply

1. Submit the application form at atlassian.com/software/views/startups-request.
2. Wait for review; approved startups receive the Premium products at $0 for 12 months for up to 50 users.
3. Before the period ends, renew or cancel the products in use. Accelerators, incubators, and VCs can contact [email protected] to share the offer with portfolio companies.
