Program Credits & Benefits

Tier 1 - $350k: For companies with $5M+ raised and funded by an affiliated partner; includes an account manager, priority technical support, and bi-weekly Solutions Architect office hours.
Tier 2 - $100k: For companies with under $5M raised and funded by an affiliated partner; includes an account manager (case-dependent) and technical sessions.
Tier 3 - $10k: For bootstrapped or self-funded companies with under $1M raised; includes community and events access plus docs and Discord support.
Credits apply to usage-based services: Workers, Workers for Platforms, Durable Objects, Workflows, KV, D1, Queues, Vectorize, R2 (capped at $10,000), Pages, Images, Stream, Cache Reserve, and Argo Smart Routing. Workers AI is capped at $2,500 (Tier 3), $10,000 (Tier 2), and $50,000 (Tier 1). AI Gateway is temporarily not covered.
Every tier includes three enterprise domains, unlimited Business and Pro plans, WAF with 1,000 custom rules, CDN/DNS, load balancing (2 origins), rate limiting (1 rule), and a 100% SLA.

Eligibility
