Biggest AI Startup Credits

AI and cloud startup programs ranked by the maximum credit they grant, from AWS and Google Cloud to model APIs - with eligibility catches.

Startup programs hand out the largest AI budgets anywhere - but the headline figure is a ceiling, usually reserved for funded or accelerator-backed companies. This chart ranks every verified startup program by its maximum stated credit. Open a row to see who actually qualifies; the startup AI credits hub groups the same programs by provider type.

How this chart is ranked

Verified startup programs whose headline value is in US dollars, sorted by that maximum value, largest first; ties sorted by name. Programs without a published dollar figure are left off the ranking.

Rows come from the same catalog as the offer pages, re-checked monthly. Values are what each provider states; aifree.dev never converts credits or tokens into dollars. See how we verify.

Frequently asked questions

Will my startup get the full amount?
Rarely at first. The values here are maximums; most programs start early-stage companies on a smaller tier and reserve the top figure for teams referred by partner investors or accelerators. Each offer page lists the tiers and requirements.
Can I stack several startup programs?
Usually yes - the programs are run by different companies and do not exclude each other. Individual programs may still require that you have not received their credits before.
Do startup credits expire?
Usually. Most programs attach an expiry to the credits once they are granted, and unused balance is forfeited. The limits on each offer page state the window where the provider publishes it.
