Antler Disrupt AI Credits and Perks

Overview

Antler Disrupt is Antler's four-week, in-person sprint for AI founders at pre-seed to early traction. The program charges no fee: the page states "No fees for participating in the sprint", and the FAQ adds "You will not have to pay any fee for participating in the residency".

Free Tier Quotas & Limits

• $650K+ in AI perks from the first day of the cohort, covering GPU, inference, fine-tuning and cloud infrastructure credits.
• Named providers include NVIDIA, OpenAI, AWS, Nebius and others, with additional cloud credits listed from GCP and Azure.
• $4M+ in additional perks unlock after Antler funds the company at the end of Week 4.
• Antler does not publish a per-provider breakdown of the perk amounts, or an expiry date for the credits.

Note that the perks are bundled with the program: they are not claimable without being accepted into a cohort.

Investment Terms

Acceptance into the sprint is not an investment decision. Antler states "We invest US$400K at the end of Week 4", structured as "$250,000 for 10% equity via SAFE" plus "$150,000 via an uncapped SAFE with a Most Favored Nation (MFN) clause".

Eligibility

• Stage: pre-seed to early traction; teams that have already raised may apply if not overfunded.
• Team: "Solo founders are welcome to apply", though having a co-founder "significantly improves your chances".
• Attendance: "Disrupt is an in-person, high-intensity program"; founders must be on site for the full four weeks.
• Incorporation: "Singapore is our preferred jurisdiction", with US Delaware entities also accepted.

How to Get Started

Apply through the page at content.antler.co/disrupt. The first step is a guided AI voice interview of roughly 30 minutes; Antler advises preparing a pitch deck and a demo video link. Shortlisted founders then go through partner interviews and an investment committee review.
