LangSmith for Startups

Overview

LangSmith for Startups is a LangChain program offering credits and discounted pricing on LangSmith, the company's platform for LLM tracing, evaluation, prompt management, and agent deployment.

Tiers & Credits

Scale tier provides $10,000 in LangSmith credits valid for 1 year, and 2 years for Y Combinator companies. It also includes VIP event invitations, office hours and cohort sessions with the LangChain team, an exclusive Slack channel for Scale founders, and editorial spotlights to LangChain's audience.

Build tier provides discounted seat pricing only, with no dollar credits.

Eligibility

• First-time customers only; companies already paying for LangSmith are not eligible (free Developer-plan usage is fine)
• Scale tier: Series A or earlier with up to $50M in funding, backed by a LangChain premier VC partner (partners include Sequoia, Y Combinator, Amplify, Bessemer, First Round, Accel, Kleiner Perkins, Khosla Ventures, and NEA)
• Build tier: less than $10M raised and at least $25K in seed funding
• Additional eligibility criteria may apply

How to Get Started

Create a LangSmith account at smith.langchain.com using your startup-domain email, then apply at langchain.com/startups and select the Build or Scale tier. Applications are reviewed manually and credits are typically applied within a few days of approval.
