Grafana for Startups

Overview

Grafana Labs runs a startup program offering eligible early-stage companies up to $100,000 in Grafana Cloud credits, announced at ObservabilityCON 2024. Accepted startups also receive round-the-clock support and a guaranteed discount on what they keep using afterwards.

What You Get

• Up to $100,000 in Grafana Cloud credits, valid for 12 months or until the next funding round, whichever comes first.
• Credits cover the full Grafana Cloud stack: managed Loki (logs), Mimir/Prometheus (metrics), Tempo (traces), Pyroscope (profiling), k6 (performance testing), Incident Response & Management, frontend and application observability, synthetic monitoring, alerting, and all Enterprise data source plugins.
• 24/7 Grafana support for the duration of the program, plus access to the Grafana Labs integrations team.
• A guaranteed 20% discount from list prices once credits are exhausted, with further volume discounts negotiable.

Eligibility

• Open to new Grafana customers, including existing Grafana Cloud Free users, and to self-hosted Grafana OSS users moving to the managed service. Companies already on paid Pro or Advanced contracts are not eligible.
• Soft guidelines are less than $10M raised and fewer than 25 employees, but applications outside those are still considered.
• Admission is at Grafana's sole discretion, and accepted startups agree to act as a reference customer and may be asked to take part in co-marketing.

Submit the four-question application form (company details, funding, headcount, and intended use). It takes under two minutes. Credit size, terms, and the credit clock start at acceptance, so apply when you are ready to instrument real workloads.
