What you get from Free.ai Startup Grant for free
Overview
Free.ai offers qualifying early-stage startups a one-time grant of 15 million Free.ai tokens, equivalent to one year of the company's Pro allowance. The tokens have no expiry date and can be used across Free.ai web tools and API calls. Accepted startups also receive API keys at the Pro request tier and priority email support for integration and model-selection guidance.

- Access covers Free.ai's self-hosted open models
- Premium external models are not included and consume purchased tokens
How to Get Started
Apply through the startup program form on the official page. It asks for the company name, email, optional website, funding stage, and intended use. Existing Free.ai users apply with their account email. Free.ai says applications are reviewed within 48 hours, and the official signup flow does not require a credit card.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a company less than three years old, less than $5M in total funding, and a working product or prototype. Applicants cannot currently be on a paid Free.ai plan. Pre-seed or idea-stage companies, seed and Series A startups, and bootstrapped businesses may apply. The program identifies its service area as worldwide.
