Overview

Pinecone for Startups helps early-stage teams move vector search from proof of concept to production. Accepted companies get free access to Pinecone's Standard Tier and Pro Support, plus usage credits and discounts beyond the free tiers. Pinecone does not publish specific credit dollar amounts.

Program Credits & Benefits

• Free Standard Tier access: the managed vector database tier, at no cost while in the program.
• Pro Support included: a dedicated support level normally reserved for paid plans.
• Full platform features: any cloud/region deployment, RBAC, backups, import, Prometheus metrics, and a dedicated Slack channel.
• Usage credits and discounts: described as additional benefits for program startups beyond the free tiers, with no published dollar value.

Eligibility

• Fewer than 100 employees.
• Series A or earlier.
• No geographic, revenue, or funding-amount limits are stated.
