Method and limits

  • Only public offers count: drafts are never included, and expired rows are left out of every figure except the expired counts.
  • Only stored values count. An offer without a stated amount adds nothing to a sum, and amounts in units other than US dollars (tokens, requests, GPU hours) are not converted. Startup program values are the “up to” amounts vendors publish.
  • Uptime counts nightly checks of the offer page in 2026: a check that reached the page (ok or changed) is up, a dead one is down, and a check blocked by the vendor is not counted. Providers need at least 7 decided checks to appear.
  • The changelog starts on 2026-10-13 and nightly checks on 2026-10-13, so change and uptime figures cover the year from those dates on.
  • Rankings show the top 10 startup programs and the top 15 models; ties are broken alphabetically. The figures refresh from the catalog every 5 minutes.
